Creep in a Truck

Description

I was walking. Dark Charcoal grey truck, license plate AL32**9(?)* with tinted windows slowed down and then turned and went down a short dead end street and came back, stopped at the corner (diagonally across from me)when I pivoted to go north they made a very slow turn west. By the time I got to the end of the block the truck appeared north of me (they had gone around block)and slowly made another turn and went south down the street beside me. Fortunately there was another person on the street but it was very creepy. If the person in the truck was looking for a house, they would not have made a roundabout because it's a two way slow residential street. I am sure the white male inside was looking at me. I did not know who it was. The time is an estimate, it was late morning.
