Cousin brother harassing me

Description

My cousin brother is harassing when he comes at home. He tries to pull me towards him and once also tried to kiss me. He is also married. I told about him to my parents and even sisters. My parents took it casually but sister told them to take a stand. But it is very tough to talk to him about it as he is a family member.
