Staring and commenting on road

Description

I was coming back from my school with my friends and a boy on scooty slowed down his scooty speed. We felt awkward but decided to ignore him. After walking some distance we saw that boy again. He had parked his scooty along the road side and was constantly staring and had started passing comments. But this time instead of ignoring we warned him that we will complain about this incident to police if he doesn't stop.
